Overview

At COMFOOT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights under EU and Dutch law and the conditions that apply when returning items purchased from our store.

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) physically receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info@comfoot.nl before the withdrawal period has expired.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including labels and tags).
  • For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or tried on cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or we delivered the wrong item.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
  • Sale or clearance items may be excluded unless defective.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, we will reimburse you for the product price (including the original standard delivery costs, if applicable).

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we mutually agree otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods and confirmed their condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@comfoot.nl.

We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

How to Return

Email us at info@comfoot.com with your order number and reason for return.

Pack the items securely in their original packaging.

Ship the return to the address provided by our support team.
